Authentic chicken biryani

 For the chicken marinade:

First, take 1kg of chicken,then cut the meat into small pieces. then wash the chickjen and mix it with 1 cup of sour yogurt , 2tablespoons of ginger-garlic paste,2tablespoons of chili powder, 1 tablespoons of garam and salt to taset.marinate for at least 1hour.

For the rice:For take half a kilogram of polau rice and some garam masala.

Cook the chicken :take a pan an add a good amount of oil.heat the oil and fry  some onions.set aside some of the fried onions,then add the marinated chicken to the remaining onions and cook until the meat is tender. once the meat is cookd, add some biryani masala, ground nuts. shahi jeera ,and a few green chilies before removing it from the heat.

Prepare the biryani: take a large pot and add  ghee,some onions,and whole spices.saute the rice in this mixture. then add the cooked meat  and the required amount of water.cook until done.once its ready, add some green chilies, raisins,and sugar before removing it from the heat.

For garnishing: you can sprinkle somefried onions, green chilies, enhance both the tast and the presentation of the dish.

N.B :When it looks beautiful, it also tastes better.
